Verification & Stripe

If your Landowner Verification or Property deed verification failed, ensure your name matches exactly what is on your government ID. Hunters: Ensure your uploaded state hunting license is currently active and clearly legible.

Payouts & Fees

Landowners: You pay 0% platform commission. You only cover the exact Stripe processing fee and a $2.50 transfer fee. Payouts are automated directly to your linked bank account. Hunters: A 12% service fee is applied at checkout.

Digital Waivers

A digitally signed Release of Liability is legally required before accessing any property. If your hunting party changes, the new members must create accounts and sign the waiver prior to entry.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your trip are non-refundable. To cancel, navigate to Trips > Details > Cancel Booking in the mobile app. View Policy.

Boundary Disputes

If you encounter an issue with property boundaries or unexpected third parties, use the "Report Issue" button inside the Tactical Map view on the app. This logs your GPS coordinates for review.

Safety Emergencies

If you encounter a medical emergency, poachers, or a dangerous situation, dial 911 immediately. HAVN Hunt is not a dispatch service.
