Is this legal?

Yes. HAVN Hunt operates strictly under state recreational trespass laws. We facilitate a private agreement between a landowner and a licensed hunter, fortified by digital liability releases.

How does insurance work?

Every booking includes a mandatory, digitally signed Release of Liability Agreement that forces the guest to assume all kinetic risks, protecting the landowner from claims of ordinary negligence.

Where are you located?

We are establishing our initial territory in the heart of the Rockies. Operations are currently live in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, and New Mexico.

How do I get verified?

Authentic verification is handled case-by-case. Landowners are verified via Stripe Identity to ensure legal ownership and secure bank payouts. Hunters undergo manual verification by submitting a digital copy of their active state hunting license to receive their Field Pass.
