Landowners verify identity via Stripe and property records via RentCast to help confirm ownership and enable secure payouts. Hunters upload active state licenses to unlock their Field Pass.

Hunters browse 3D maps with HAVNcast conditions, Unit Intelligence, and host ground rules, then sign the digital liability waiver.

Is this legal?

Yes. HAVN Hunt operates strictly under state recreational trespass laws. We facilitate a private agreement between a landowner and a licensed hunter, fortified by digital liability releases.

Is there insurance coverage?

Every booking requires a mandatory, digitally signed Release of Liability Agreement in which the guest assumes the inherent risks of the hunt and releases the landowner from claims of ordinary negligence. A release is a legal agreement, not an insurance policy, and HAVN Hunt does not currently provide insurance coverage. We may add dedicated per-booking liability coverage behind the release in the future; unless and until such a program is in force, the signed release is the primary protection.

Where are you located?

We are establishing our initial territory in the heart of the Rockies. Operations are currently live in Utah, Idaho, and Montana.

What fees do hunters pay?

Hunters pay a service fee at checkout. The rate is disclosed on each listing before you book. It is not deducted from landowner earnings.

What is HAVNcast vs Unit Intelligence?

HAVNcast is a 5-day conditions score for the property. Unit Intelligence shows public GMU harvest and advisory season data for the unit containing the parcel — unit-wide, not fence-specific.

How does beta access work?

Request an invite below. iOS testers receive TestFlight access when approved. Android testers receive Play access. Hunter spots are capped during the UT, ID, and MT pilot.

How do I get verified?

Authentic verification is handled case-by-case. Landowners are verified via Stripe Identity to ensure legal ownership and secure bank payouts. Hunters undergo manual verification by submitting a digital copy of their active state hunting license to receive their Field Pass.
